The covers for the new movies have been released. Check them out at the new Bond Blu-ray page.

Personally, I think they are the ugliest of all the Bond DVD/VHS covers since the mid-90's when they started putting artwork and not just the poster on the box.

Thoughts?

The covers aren't the best (FRWL Connery looks a bit like he has something in his eye), but they could be worse.

By the way, Greg, the LALD cover is shown for both LALD and FYEO.

Those covers are quite bad. The Thunderball one is the worst; the pic of Connery holding the pistol is so obviously photoshopped.

As for the design, it's just uninspired. Bond with the movie's Bond girl standing behind him...and one scene from the movie in the middle of the gunbarrel. It just seems like something that someone with barely any artistic talent came up with. The final project of an intro to Photoshop course.

Well said. These covers are so disappointing... How hard is it to use the old DVD covers?

Take a look at the covers for the two boxed sets. Personally, I like them more than any of the actual single dvd covers. They are much classier.

To boost the incentives for Bond fans to upgrade their home copies of the Bond films to Blu-ray, all copies of the films will include vouchers for tickets to see Quantum of Solace. Similarly, all purchases of the boxed sets will net the buyer TWO vouchers to the film.
