New Bond Women
Bondfiend - 7/11/2002 at 15:11

I'm of the opinion that a number of beautiful women have been overlooked throughout the years as potential "Bond girls." What's wrong with Madeliene Stowe, Catherine Zeta-Jones, or Vanessa Williams? Sure they might be a little older now but look at Maud Adams. I think they could add a lot of beauty and another important thing...acting ability! to the series.

tharob - 25/11/2002 at 08:50

I think Selma Hayak would be a good one

Greg007 - 25/11/2002 at 09:40

I think they should bring Ursula Andress back. She looked so good in all the 40th anniversary interviews. By the way, I'm blind. :P

bondgirl7 - 4/12/2002 at 00:25

I think Catherine Zeta-Jones would be a great Bond girl.

Genuis - 23/12/2002 at 22:36

I know it wouldn't work, but Jodie Foster would kick butt as his sidekick (no pun intended.)

sausagebrigade - 24/12/2002 at 04:35

Jodie Foster doesn't really strike me as Bond girl material. Also, she would never do it.

Bondfiend - 24/12/2002 at 17:39

I agree! While Jodie Foster may be a talented actress, she doesn't possess the level of glamour, femininity, and sex appeal that Bond girls should and HAVE had. I just don't think she is cut out for ANY role in a Bond movie - she seems TOO rigid or something... I can't put my finger on it.

Anonymous - 29/12/2002 at 23:37

I think Kirsten Dunst should be a Bond girl when she gets a bit older.

NetNerd85 - 30/12/2002 at 06:39

lol, thats mean! not her fault... look at Sean without the hair piece and make up... WOW lol

New Bond chick should be someone who is from the country it is filmed in...

Greg007 - 30/12/2002 at 10:35

I really think they need to go back to choosing random unknown women from beauty pagents (Claudine Auger-Miss France, Daniella Bianchi-Miss Italy) or from photos taken at wet t-shirt contests (Ursula Andress). As much as I think Selma Hyak, Catherene Zeta-Jones, etc would be decent Bond girls, I want the unknown actresses who are just amazingly beautiful. No acting talent required. It's not like Wai Lin could act.

Either that or bring back Rosamund Pike as some other girl that Bond beds just like they kept bringing back Maud Adams back in the day.

sausagebrigade - 30/12/2002 at 15:39

I think it should be a black actress. It's time the movies became more equal. I also think that the villains should be black.

Greg007 - 30/12/2002 at 15:51

Halle Berry was a black actress. And before that there was a french woman and before that Wai Lin was Asian. I think they are actually doing a decent job of making the cast more diverse.

Reidy - 10/1/2003 at 12:24

How about the Aussie singer/actress Holly Valance? She might not be able to act but at least she would represent some fine eye-candy

sausagebrigade - 10/1/2003 at 12:32

I at least think whoever they choose as a Bond girl should have some acting talent. Holly Valance is pretty hot, but she should only be in Bond 21 if it's set in Australia. I've heard terrible rumours that Kylie Minogue might appear in the next movie, and I am probably one of the few people in the world who finds her un-attractive.

Little Nellie - 10/1/2003 at 12:55

Kerry Macgregor ( South African model ) as the next Bond chick hehehehhhe

Reidy - 10/1/2003 at 12:57

Surely Kylie would be as wooden as Madonna

Reidy - 12/1/2003 at 10:12

The picture was just something I found lying around! :D;)

Reidy - 13/1/2003 at 11:51

How about this unknown beauty? :D

Greg007 - 13/1/2003 at 12:31

I'm sold. Who is she? Wow, what a beauty. Someone should tell her that the best way to become the next Bond girl is to get on the good side of the webmaster of Universal Exports. Yeah, that's the ticket. Seriously though, who is she?

Reidy - 13/1/2003 at 12:36

Do you not know your Russian tennis players Greg?

Greg007 - 13/1/2003 at 12:44

Is that Anna...I didn't even recognize her. Dang. Wow, that's a great photo.

A funny article about her that I found today...

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&ncid=579&e=2&cid=638&...

The best line in the article is when Anna is talking about her heat patch, ""My skirt is a little lower this year which is why you can now see it." "

bondgirl33 - 13/1/2003 at 13:07

Ooh! She is a good choice!! Pretty, atheletic, exotic....
I don't think I'm really down with American's bein Bond girls anymore... Unless it's me, of course!

jamesbond_ahwhoamikidding - 13/1/2003 at 13:11

well she is my celebrity match according to emode and she has the same birthday as me, so I'll give her my thumbs up :D

Reidy - 13/1/2003 at 16:21

We can only hope that the producers follow our advice

00golf - 15/1/2003 at 11:44

Renee Russo can act. I thought she was the best part of The Thomas crown Affair. She seemed to blend well with Brosnan so maybe she might make a good Bond girl

sausagebrigade - 15/1/2003 at 11:46

I think she's a bit old. She's nearing fifty. If she were a bit younger then I wouldn't mind her in a Bond movie. She's a decent actress.

Greg007 - 15/1/2003 at 12:31

As much as she might be a good Bond girl, Rene Russo can't be simply BECAUSE she and Brosnan were so good together in the Thomas Crown Affair. People would call Bond 21 a TCA ripoff.

sausagebrigade - 15/1/2003 at 14:26

Not necessarily. As I gather, TCA is about a millionaire who is also a thief. Rene Russo plays an insurance investigator or something. I haven't seen it. Surely if she appeared in a Bond movie they could find a different scenario? But she's too old anyway.

Reidy - 21/1/2003 at 14:37

Now that I think of it Catherine Zeta Jones doesn't sound that bad an idea.

Providing of course she ain't in a position of sprog dropping at the time! :D

Little Nellie - 21/1/2003 at 17:07

Steve McQueen TCA was better, Anna Kournikova is NOT hot ( nice body though !) and Monica Belucci should be the next Bondgirl, she is sooooooo fit and mesmerisingly beautiful ! Or else bondgirl 33 should be the next Bond girl ( brownie points are hopefully rising heheehheheh:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:)

Reidy - 22/1/2003 at 13:59

I disagree with you on the subject of Miss Kournikova

Bondfiend - 23/1/2003 at 12:27

As attractive as Kournikova is, if she can't even win a major title yet (her sole profession), what makes anyone think she would be a good actress? I'm really sick of lookers who can't act!

sausagebrigade - 23/1/2003 at 13:13

She isn't really that good looking, and she's probably too young. She's a bit over-rated. So I'll pass.

And BTW, Greg, have you been editing posts on this thread? I seem to recall there was a post after Little Nellie's on Anna Kournikova and I think I posted one too.

Greg007 - 23/1/2003 at 14:31

Nope, haven't had to edit this one yet. And if I had edited it I would have made a note of it, not just deleted it. I only have been deleting insulting/mean spirited comments.

Reidy - 24/1/2003 at 17:53

Anyway, so what if Jessica Alba is young, she could still be a Bond girl
Remember most of the Bond girls are younger than 007, so why not her

FelixLeiter - 28/1/2003 at 22:15

Yeah Jessica Alba.
But Holly Valance can't act at all anyone whose been in Neighbours can't act at all.
And Anna has already tried out for at least the last two Bond movies and hasn't got the part but I also think she would make a Bond girl.:)

bondgirl7 - 28/1/2003 at 23:41

I think Jessica Alba would be a really good Bond girl!!

bringbackjoh barry - 29/1/2003 at 09:45

Hudson Leick!!!!!!:P

sausagebrigade - 29/1/2003 at 11:14

Who?

Bondfiend - 29/1/2003 at 13:54

I say bring on Norah Jones!!! Man, what a looker!

ck47 - 29/1/2003 at 14:21

I think they should have Jennifer Garner be the next Bond Girl, but have her as one that doesn't sucuumb to Bond's "charms", but rather have Bond fall in love with her? Garner would be good because she does her own spy shoew Alias, which awesome!

sausagebrigade - 29/1/2003 at 14:38

She's quite hot, but I'm getting a bit tired of American girls. No offense to Americans, but we've had five American girls since 1979 and only one in the 62-77 period.

Reidy - 29/1/2003 at 14:43

I wouldn't mind Jennifer Garner, so long as she wasn't another all action Jinx/Wai Lin character.

sausagebrigade - 29/1/2003 at 14:45

Which would be an incredibly easy trap to fall into. Anyway, we've just had two American Bond girls, so maybe a different nationality should be chosen.

Reidy - 29/1/2003 at 15:10

Any nationality suggestions then sausagebrigade?

bringbackjoh barry - 30/1/2003 at 05:53

Hudson leick or heidi to give her a real name was the principal bad girl in the xena series, with her unqiue mixture of sex and violence she is ideal for bond!

:D

http://www.hudsonleickfan.com/

sausagebrigade - 30/1/2003 at 11:29

Well, Reidy, how about a Spanish girl? I don't think we've had one of them. Or why not another French girl? They usually do well.

Reidy - 30/1/2003 at 12:13

Hmmm a hot blooded latin, that sounds like a good idea!

ZZ - 2/2/2003 at 02:19

Its Her

Bring Jinx Back for 2 or 3 movies Make Bond and her a Multi Nation team then she can die in Bond 22 or 23

ZZ - 2/2/2003 at 02:31

From http://www.mi6.co.uk These are the possible bond girls

FelixLeiter - 2/2/2003 at 05:19

No not Halle Berry again.:mad::(
They're Bond movie's not Jinx movie's.

But nice picture. :D

Reidy - 2/2/2003 at 06:11

A different girl per movie please, Jinx is a one off, a bad character and should never return.

Still nice picture! :o

ZZ - 2/2/2003 at 06:39

You like that piture they have a entire Bond Girl Sectio Including Possible Bond 21 Girls http://www.mi6.co.uk/index.php3

Reidy - 2/2/2003 at 06:47

The girls on there do not strike me as Bond girls. I would prefer to see Jennifer Garner or Jessica Alba in the role!

ZZ - 2/2/2003 at 08:29

Sarah Michelle Gellar is proposed by ttp://www.mi6.co.uk

ZZ - 2/2/2003 at 08:32

Monica Bellucci
Also Proposed byhttp://www.mi6.co.uk

Reidy - 2/2/2003 at 10:21

Despite those being VERY nice pictures I don't think that either of them are 'Bond Girl' material

Reidy - 3/2/2003 at 14:14

What about...

Little Nellie - 3/2/2003 at 17:43

jamesbond_ahwhoamikidding - 3/2/2003 at 20:10

:lol::lol: that is a hilarious joke, Reidy!

It was a joke - right?

FelixLeiter - 4/2/2003 at 06:52

I hope it was a joke. I can't stand her.:)

Greg007 - 4/2/2003 at 10:28

What's the hate about Shakira? Her songs are catchy, her body is amazing, and she shakes her rump like no one i've ever seen before. Granted she should never ever be a Bond girl, but hate is a strong word for Shakira.

jamesbond_ahwhoamikidding - 4/2/2003 at 10:35

indeed, greg, hate is a very strong word, but nobody used that word.

Greg007 - 4/2/2003 at 10:36

Quote:

Indeed!

Bondfiend - 4/2/2003 at 13:00

Whoa whoa whoa! Why is everybody bagging on Shakira?!?!?! I never thought about it before but now I LOVE the idea of Shakira in a Bond movie! If I can't have a date with her, the least that can happen is that she be in Bond 21.

Reidy - 4/2/2003 at 13:03

She doesn't have to be the primary love interest, just a hod blooded latin villainess!

FelixLeiter - 7/2/2003 at 08:07

If Sarah Michelle Gellar is being considered, for Bond 21 then shorly Jessica Alba must be considered. They both play similiar roles (Buffy and DarkAngel) on TV, I think Jessica Alba's a better choice and she has a better body than Sarah Michelle Gellar, in my opinion.:)

Bondfiend - 7/2/2003 at 08:41

Jessica Alba does INDEED have a better body and all-around look than Gellar. However, I think if Alba is to be cast in a Bond movie, it should be with a new, younger Bond.

FelixLeiter - 7/2/2003 at 08:51

Possibly but what about Rosamund Pike?:)

Bondfiend - 7/2/2003 at 08:56

She already had her chance and did a FANTASTIC job. I hate to say it but it's time to move on and let somebody else have a chance. :( You know how these things are.

FelixLeiter - 7/2/2003 at 09:07

No I didn't mean that. What I meant was Rosamund Pike is just as young as Jessica Alba. .:)

FelixLeiter - 7/2/2003 at 09:11

Quote:

No I didn't mean that. What I meant was Rosamund Pike is just as young as Jessica Alba and she played a Bond girl.
:)

Reidy - 7/2/2003 at 12:28

Jessica Alba would be a good choice, and she certainly has a nice body!

Bondfiend - 7/2/2003 at 12:49

In regards to FelixLeiter - now I understand. Thanks for clearing that up but to me it didn't matter because Pike didn't strike me as being that age at all. I guess her ruthless personality made her seem matured. Jessica Alba would look like jail-bait around an old Bond because she still looks like a teenager and has the characteristics of one (albeit one that has a lot of "talent." )

Bondfiend - 8/2/2003 at 22:54

I just got this brainflash today! Thandie Newton should be a future Bond girl. I know she was in MI-2 but who cares?!?! I think the Bond movies can and SHOULD be able to get away with it.

sausagebrigade - 9/2/2003 at 05:07

I would only really mind if they got one of the Austin Powers actresses to appear in the Bond movies.

jamesbond_ahwhoamikidding - 9/2/2003 at 05:14

What's wrong with the Austn Powers actresses? Besides Heather Graham, I thought they did a good job

sausagebrigade - 9/2/2003 at 05:17

Well, that's debatable, I thought Liz Hurley was better. I just think that the Austin Powers actresses wouldn't sit well in the Bond series. Don't ask me why. I'm just against the idea.

jamesbond_ahwhoamikidding - 9/2/2003 at 05:21

would it be the fact that it would be crossing the wall between a spy series, and a silly spy parody series?

(ironically both are now banal and starting to get tiresome)

sausagebrigade - 9/2/2003 at 05:22

Yes. And yes.

bringbackjoh barry - 10/2/2003 at 06:01

what about Estrella Warren ( Planet of the Apes):wow:

sausagebrigade - 10/2/2003 at 11:08

She's real? I thought she was a robot!

sausagebrigade - 10/2/2003 at 11:10

Doesn't anyone find the focus on hiring Americans to play the Bond girls tiring? Estella Warren would just be like Christmas Jones all over again. Perhaps some people should think before naming names. (grumble) (grumble)

Reidy - 10/2/2003 at 12:16

I suppose you have got a point, we can't have the same pattern over and over

Bondfiend - 10/2/2003 at 12:48

I think one of the future Bond girls should be Iranian or Indian. They have an exotic appeal and attitude about them. I don't really know if any of them would take the part though. :(

Reidy - 10/2/2003 at 17:06

I agree with the exotic idea. Maybe a latin temptress or a South American beauty. So long as producers go for looks rather than body

Bondfiend - 11/2/2003 at 12:51

Yes but what about an Iranian or an Indian bombshell? Latinas are my favorite (GO SHAKIRA!!!) but I also think the field should be widened to consider Middle-Eastern women.

Reidy - 11/2/2003 at 13:07

Maybe, put when was the last time a latin woman was the principal Bond girl?

Bondfiend - 11/2/2003 at 13:15

Never - that I know of. I think they should change that. They should get another Puerto-Rican or a Columbian (Shakira) to play the main role. However, I still think an Iranian or Indian should be considered!

Reidy - 11/2/2003 at 13:27

So you agree with my suggestion of Shakira then. She would certainly bring a different aspect to the film.

sausagebrigade - 11/2/2003 at 13:30

Far be it for me to be the proverbial pancake of this thread, but didn't we learn a lesson from DAD? That is, musicians can't act.

Bondfiend - 11/2/2003 at 13:32

There is some truth in what you say but if they DO put Shakira in a future movie and she can't act to save her life, at least she'll look delicious while doing it. Madonna's a DOG!

sausagebrigade - 11/2/2003 at 13:35

Yes, I suppose you're right.

As for the Indian actress, I saw a pretty fine lookin' specimen on TV a few months ago, but I didn't catch her name, sadly.

Reidy - 11/2/2003 at 16:35

Yes, it is important that if the person cannot act, they are mighty fine to look at, which will happen in the case of Shakira! :o

00golf - 11/2/2003 at 17:33

How about an English woman? I think it would be interesting if Bond was hooked up with someone who comes from the same background. One of the things that made M. Frost so interesting was that she was English.

Bondfiend - 12/2/2003 at 12:34

If they could only get away with signing on Liz Hurley...

Reidy - 12/2/2003 at 13:00

No, there is too much wood on the sets without adding any more to it.

Hang on a minute, what about most of the Bond girls?

Bondfiend - 12/2/2003 at 18:56

The only wood I know of being brought on the set by Liz Hurley's arrival would be generated by the guys. ;) What a hottie!!!

Fraternal - 13/2/2003 at 00:33

Going back to what someone said, singers can't act for *#$&, take a look at Glitter or Crossroads.

Reidy - 13/2/2003 at 13:09

What differences does it make if a singer can act or not? Remember that most Bond girls are just there to look good and be rescued from the villains clutches, it doesn't take much acting ability to do that!

Bondfiend - 13/2/2003 at 23:13

Yesterday I talked with THE most attractive Indian woman I've ever seen (I haven't seen too many though.) She's tall, dark, and HOT! No offense but she's certainly not "developed" like a typical girl from that part of the world. Maybe she could be a Bondgirl... Never the less, I think a future role should go to a Middle-Eastern woman. Does anybody know of beautiful and famous woman from over there?

Reidy - 16/2/2003 at 15:30

Jennifer Garner, she could always put on an English accent

Bondfiend - 18/2/2003 at 12:37

It turns out that my earlier suggestion - Norah Jones - is the daughter of a famous Indian musician! What are the odds?

sausagebrigade - 18/2/2003 at 13:08

Norah Jones? Who she?

Bondfiend - 18/2/2003 at 13:12

In response to your query...

http://www.norahjones.com/discs/images/comeawaytrayimage.jpg

sausagebrigade - 18/2/2003 at 13:14

Mmm...not bad. I've seen nicer though.

Bondfiend - 18/2/2003 at 13:16

Really?!?! I'm absolutely in love with her! D**M the luck of it all! She's beautiful, exotic, and talented and here I am all alone in desperate need of a haircut and a new wardrobe! I would kill to have a date with a girl anything close to as phenomenal as her! Anyway - I think she should be considered for the next film.

sausagebrigade - 18/2/2003 at 13:18

Is she half American? If not, then she's acceptable. No offence to any Americans, but I'm getting tired of these Yankee girls!

Bondfiend - 18/2/2003 at 13:20

Unfortunately she is - she grew up in Texas. :( I still support her selection though!

sausagebrigade - 18/2/2003 at 13:23

Well, if she's half-Indian, she might be passable. But I want a European woman!

Bondfiend - 18/2/2003 at 15:05

I think the casting director should look for a blonde and a brunette for my 3-some idea!

sausagebrigade - 18/2/2003 at 15:22

Shuh? Could you repeat that idea because I'm too lazy to bother finding it.

Bondfiend - 18/2/2003 at 15:25

It's under the thread wondering if there are any new concepts left for a Bond movie. :) I've sure got one here!

Reidy - 18/2/2003 at 16:51

Norah Jones shouldn't be a Bond girl, I want a latin!

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 13:41

Great idea, Bondfiend. What did you have in mind? A good girl and an evil one? Might be interesting.

By saying that, does that make me a pervert?

Bondfiend - 19/2/2003 at 13:46

No - it doesn't make you a pervert at all sausagebrigade. It just tells others that you have testosterone. As far as the idea goes - I like yours. It would be interesting to see the battle of good versus evil (but it's all good once they hit the bed!) It would be very steamy! It would also be good if the girls he were to involve in it were best friends from the same service. However it works out - it's a 3-some! It's gonna be good no matter what the story is behind it!

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 14:02

I'll look out for it.

Back to the subject. I am totally stumped as to who should be the next Bond girl. I would love Nicole Kidman, but she's perhaps too old and too starry. We don't want a repeat of Halle Berry, after all.

Bondfiend - 19/2/2003 at 14:04

I say bring on CZJ! I am heart-broken that Nigella Lawson can never be considered though. :(

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 14:08

Nigella Lawson's in her mid forties! That said, she's not that bad.

CZJ doesn't really do much for me. I can't think of anyone better though, because most of the actresses I know are American, and I want a change of scene. Naomi Watts or Miranda Otto maybe, but they don't exactly look like Bond girls. That French actress in the original Mission Impossible wasn't bad. Looks a bit like Claudine Auger actually.

Bondfiend - 19/2/2003 at 14:11

Perhaps Vanessa Williams or Madiline Stowe could fill the bill (and 007 could do the same for them. ) I know they're American but they're the best I can think of. Of course we could always use Shakira.

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 14:13

Shakira, I'll go with that. I don't think I've ever seen Vanessa Williams before, and I can only vaguely recall Madeline Stowe.

Bondfiend - 19/2/2003 at 14:17

Vanessa Williams is half black and half white with ice-blue eyes - just to give you an idea as to her appearance. She's kind of old though - ~40. Shakira could take her place though. :)

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 14:20

'Fraid I don't know Williams.

Another A lister who would never do it and who would perhaps ruin the movie (but I'd still like to see her anyway) would be J'lo. But she'd never do it. Those Hollywood snobs!

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 14:52

Damnit! How could I forget Kelly Brooks? She's English, and she's hot!

Bondfiend - 19/2/2003 at 14:53

WHO??? Lemme see lemme see!!!

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 14:54

Sadly I don't know any links. :( But she appeared in a few episodes of Smallville. I'll try and find a picture of her as soon as possible.

sausagebrigade - 19/2/2003 at 14:58

OK, here's a pic. Admittedly, it isn't the best. Don't judge her yet. If I find a better pic I'll post it immediatedly.

Reidy - 19/2/2003 at 16:07

Kelly Brook? Could work. If she can act.

Bondfiend - 20/2/2003 at 12:19

In regards to Kelly Brooks - YES! She's kind of plain looking to me but she is very cute! :) Perhaps she can play Bond's personal secretary and he can seduce her.

sausagebrigade - 20/2/2003 at 14:13

Anyway, Kelly Brook, she might look plain but she's got a butt that don't quit! Apologies to the two bondgirls and Evenstar if they find that offensive. But hey, I'm a guy.

Bondfiend - 20/2/2003 at 18:51

Preach on reverend! I hear you on that one! That must be why you like J Lo so much! Look on the bright side - if you goin' down as far as the ladies on this site I'm goin' down with you. :)

Bondfiend - 28/2/2003 at 13:31

I don't see a problem with Nora Jones becoming a Bond girl. She might be too young though. :( Perhaps when (or if) they bring in a new 007...

Bondfiend - 28/2/2003 at 13:32

I know we've all heard the opinions on Shakira but what about Paulina Rubio?

Bondfiend - 28/2/2003 at 13:34

I think Shakira (with blonde hair) and a white girl (I don't know who but she'd be a brunette) would be good contrasting hotties if 007 ever had a 3-some.

Bondfiend - 28/2/2003 at 13:36

And with this post, this thread takes back the lead! HAHAHA! Seriously though, I said it before and I'll say it again - bring on Thandie Newton!

Bondfiend - 28/2/2003 at 14:23

The next 2 Bond girls should be identical twins!

Reidy - 28/2/2003 at 16:47

Benson used that idea in Doubleshot, and I think that you could say Bond had a threesome!

Agent 005 - 28/2/2003 at 23:51

Just like Austin Powers almost did. Stay away from twins. "Twins, Basil! Twins!"

Bondfiend - 2/3/2003 at 00:37

Emmanuelle Augier (?) from and Kristina Kreuk from "Smallville" should be considered for future movies.

00golf - 2/3/2003 at 00:41

Alot of these picks are okay bondfiend but they should go back to hiring unknowns from Europe. Some of them well two had such thick accents they had to be dubbed over, yet these were some of the best bond babes of the series.

Bondfiend - 2/3/2003 at 00:46

I understand your reasoning 00golf but this thread is for suggesting women with names - I don't know that much about European models or nameless beauties. I just have to go with who I know.

Bondfiend - 2/3/2003 at 00:50

Just a thought but perhaps the next Bond girl could be blind (in the movie) or have two differently colored eyes. I also think the woman 007 beds in the movie should play the role of a model or a ballerina.

00golf - 2/3/2003 at 00:59

So basically your idea of a perfect Bond girl is a model who does a layout for ballerina magazine and has one blue eye and one brown eye.

Reidy - 2/3/2003 at 07:05

I go back to my Holly Valance suggestion

Bondfiend - 3/3/2003 at 13:11

00golf - yes and she should play a model or ballerina in the movie.

Predator - 15/3/2003 at 04:59

Salma Hayek gets my vote.

Predator - 15/3/2003 at 05:23

What roles would people like to see our favourite
girls playing?

Goodie or Baddie?

Salma would be good as a henchwoman. A sexy one!

Agent 005 - 17/3/2003 at 17:26

May I question you, Anonymous? Are you BLIND? Granted she has put on a few pounds, but she gave birth to a child just a while ago. Send her to the gym a bit, no offence to her (She's still gorgeous), and she'd be perfect.

Bondfiend - 17/3/2003 at 19:23

I agree. She looked fine in "Chicago." She conveys class, intelligence, and sophistication - just the right stuff for a Bond girl. Not only that but she's beautiful (in the exotic way) and can actually act!

FelixLeiter - 18/3/2003 at 02:02

I was watching The Chat Room (a new crappy Australian show) last night and there was an interview with 'Kylie' and I have to say that she looked pretty good she might be a good option for a Pierce Brosnan Bond girl seeing that she is ageing just like Brosnan is. But she did look extremely good.:)

What do you think.:)

jamesbond_ahwhoamikidding - 18/3/2003 at 02:03

I hate her, because the Australian media always bloody carry on about her, and she looks ugly too!

Fraternal - 18/3/2003 at 02:06

That was such a stupid show, very unfunny, I hate Tracey Bartram with a passion. It is trying to be 'The Panel' but there is a difference, the panel is funny.

Bondfiend - 18/3/2003 at 12:29

Can somebody please post a picture of this gracefully aging "Kylie"?

bondgirl7 - 18/3/2003 at 15:00

Well, she looks way old and way ugly, I can tell you that much. And she weighs, like, 4 pounds!!

sausagebrigade - 18/3/2003 at 15:04

Kylie Minogue...eugh...bad enough the rumours of her singing the Bond 21 song...

bondgirl7 - 18/3/2003 at 15:10

I know, she is just gross..

sausagebrigade - 18/3/2003 at 15:13

And her much vaunted ass interests me about as much as the mating habits of the South American dung beetle...which is very little.

bondgirl7 - 18/3/2003 at 18:08

She is totally not attractive at all, and I don't think she would go well with Brosnan.

Destroyer - 21/3/2003 at 21:23

What about J-Lo, when she gets a little older? I'm an idiot, I know.......

Nah! Don't worry about it! :D I would love to see her in a Bond movie but she's too recognizable. :(

Agent 005 - 23/3/2003 at 23:26

I'd like to see Jennifer Lopez in a Bond film. Her acting isn't half bad, and she's way hot.

Bondfiend - 24/3/2003 at 13:04

She's hot enough to seduce Bond! I wouldn't mind seeing Shakira or Paulina Rubio either.

Reidy - 24/3/2003 at 16:12

I agree that the next woman should be a red hot latin temptress, someone who would be ideal for a crazed villain. A hot female villain that is!

Bondfiend - 25/3/2003 at 08:18

In that case, I see Shakira playing the part more than J Lo. She looks like she could be crazy. She could hypnotize Bond by shaking her hips and then try to kill him.

Anonymous - 26/3/2003 at 03:16

Monica Belluci should be the new bond girl..

Destroyer - 26/3/2003 at 19:42

Please go on Bondfiend. :D

Predator - 27/3/2003 at 05:29

I agree with Reidy about a hot Latin American
villianess.

Played by Salma Hayek,though.

You asked for it! :D Bond is about to have a drink in a posh hotel bar when Shakira's character (Nebula Fierce) comes in speaking Spanish to a lady friend of hers. Her friend leaves to make a call. Her English is heavily accented as she orders Bond a drink. Bond says, "However may I thank you?" She stands up seductively and pulls her tight skirt down over her hips. She says, "I'm sure you'll find a way in an hour." Bond asks the front desk for her room number and goes up to meat...uh, meet her. He opens the door to a magnificent suite with a chair placed indiscreetly by the bed. Nebula comes up behind Bond as he advances into the room. She rubs his shoulders and he turns around to kiss her. She gives him a coquettish smile and tells him to sit in the chair. He sits there smugly as she begins her trap. At this time she is in dressed leather pants and a tank top. She goes over to the nightstand and pulls a small red flower from a vase. She puts it by her ear and says, "Gratitude is a process - something you have to pay attention to..." Bond replies with, "I'll be sure to give you my all." She begins her slow rhythmic dance and uses all of her exotic dancing ability to entice Bond. She rubs her hands through the hair on his temples. After a few minutes of this, Bond is seering with passion. He attempts to take her in his arms but she says to wait and "close your eyes." After he does this, she pulls out a dagger with which to slash his throat but Bond says, "Come now - I'm sure we don't need that in the bedroom." Nebula is startled and angry. He then continues to disarm her and get her in the sack anyway. :P

Destroyer - 27/3/2003 at 11:21

Reidy - 27/3/2003 at 15:18

Seems, interesting!

Destroyer - 27/3/2003 at 16:01

How about Penelope Cruz?

sausagebrigade - 27/3/2003 at 16:03

No man, she gets on my nerves with her voice! Yes, it's that lame!

Destroyer - 27/3/2003 at 19:51

Elizabeth Hurley.

Predator - 28/3/2003 at 03:51

On the subject of a hot latin American villianess or any other
villianess, what type would we want?

A female Blofeld type in charge of an organisation?
A Businesswoman?
A Terrorist?
A Drug Baroness? (This might be good as a Latin American)
A Henchwoman?

actually she was an actress before Johnny English, she used to be on a soap opera from this country called "Neighbours"

I don't like the idea of a singer having a staring role, in addition to this, I don't find her that attractive.

FelixLeiter - 4/5/2003 at 01:51

fair enough.:)

Anonymous - 9/5/2003 at 22:24

I think that Beverley Mitchell should be the new bond girl.

Agent-007 - 9/5/2003 at 22:37

Who is she?

Fraternal - 9/5/2003 at 22:44

The chick form 7th Heaven.

sausagebrigade - 10/5/2003 at 04:53

I don't know who she is but 7th Heaven is a shitty American drama (i think).
*sorry Americans but you'll probably I agree with me*

FelixLeiter - 11/5/2003 at 05:56

Do you think they should bring back any of the previous Bond girls?
eg. Pussy Galore- played by a different actress?:)
There has been some talk that some fans want Jinx to return, in my opinion that is a terrible idea but what are your thoughts?:)

Or perhaps they could bring back on of the old Bond girls and turn them into perminant ally's like Felix Leiter was for a number of movies and novels.:)

Reidy - 11/5/2003 at 15:40

I agree with sausage that Kelly Hu would be a good choice of Bond girl.

Agent 005 - 13/5/2003 at 16:31

Yes she would. Then that would make three actresses who've been in Bond in X-Men.

Bondfiend - 20/5/2003 at 08:54

Lex Luthor's fiance from "Smallville" should be the next Bond hottie! :P

Agent-007 - 20/5/2003 at 11:39

Are you talking about Kelly Brook or another actress? I haven't seen the show so I only know what I read in magazines about it.

sausagebrigade - 20/5/2003 at 11:41

The only Kelly Brook I know is the one in Smallville.

Bondfiend - 20/5/2003 at 14:34

No. The actress I'm thinking of is named something like Emmanuelle Augier.

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 14:11

I think Tia Carrere would be great as a Bond girl.

Destroyer - 23/5/2003 at 14:37

Wow! That's a great pic! She'd be great for a Bond girl!

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 14:40

She was great in True Lies so she would be great in a Bond film too.

Agent 005 - 23/5/2003 at 16:06

:o Nice. How's her acting?

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 17:30

I've always enjoyed her on Relic Hunter although the scripts didn't really give her much to work with. She was quite good in True Lies as one of the villians.

Little Nellie - 23/5/2003 at 18:39

She has nice tombolas

Bondfiend - 23/5/2003 at 18:43

Yes - she is VERY sexy. I don't know if she'd be well-received after being in a Bond rip-off, though. I'd take her.

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 18:57

I'd say True Lies is more of an homage to Bond instead of a rip-off. It's still a fun movie.

Bondfiend - 23/5/2003 at 19:00

Huh, I never thought about it that way... I HOPE that was their intention in making it. Anywho, Tia is a visual delicacy. :D

Destroyer - 23/5/2003 at 19:15

Keep em coming Agent-007.

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 19:39

Here's another picture of the lovely Kelly Hu.

Bondfiend - 23/5/2003 at 19:46

AHA! The ever-elusive Emmanuelle Vaugier!

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 20:03

I really like the last pick. I figure that if Shannon Elizabeth is good enough for a Bond video game she's good enough for a Bond movie.

Bondfiend - 23/5/2003 at 20:07

MotherF#@%ER she has a hot body! :o *grits teeth and explodes*

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 20:19

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 20:22

She's from Waco so all I have to say is God Bless Texas. :D

Destroyer - 23/5/2003 at 20:54

Wow, great pics. Where do I find these sites? I need them for....personal use.

Bondfiend - 23/5/2003 at 22:03

The girl I posted a little earlier...what does she look like to you all? Indian? Latin? I can't put my finger on it...

Agent-007 - 23/5/2003 at 22:06

I think she looks Latin. I haven't seen any of the American Pie movies. They have a 3rd one American Wedding that comes out in August.

Bondfiend - 23/5/2003 at 22:11

I can believe the Latin angle. However, it looks to me like she's got some Latin AND Indian thrown in there. She's got those big eyes like some of the Indian girls I've seen but she could also pass for Latin, in general. Whatever she is, she has my vote. :D

Reidy - 24/5/2003 at 15:35

Tia Carrere would be very good as a Bond girl.

Agent-007 - 24/5/2003 at 23:46

Here's Kelly Hu in action.

Agent-007 - 24/5/2003 at 23:52

Somebody mentioned Salma Hayek. I really wasn't to keen on her myself. It must have been all of those Frida pictures I've seen. Until I saw this one. :o

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 00:38

I thought that picture of Salma was hot until I saw this one.

Destroyer - 25/5/2003 at 00:48

Wow. That first photo is great. :o

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 00:51

The 1st Salma Hayek picture or the picture of Kelly Hu?

Destroyer - 25/5/2003 at 00:54

The Selma Hayek picture. :o Wow. Keep em comin' man. :D

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 01:00

That's the only ones I have right now I'll have to find some more tomorrow.

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 01:23

Here's one more picture of Salma. Goodnight.

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 14:59

Here's another great pic of Mis Hayek.

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 15:04

I've always liked Jennifer Love Hewitt. Don't know if she would be good for Bond plus she might be a bit young right now. Brosnan is old enough to be her father.

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 15:07

Here's another one of Jennifer.

Destroyer - 25/5/2003 at 15:39

Man! Those are hot! You're giving my printer a workout! What about J-Lo?

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 15:42

I don't have any J-Lo pictures but I have a couple more Kelly Hu pics and a Kristy Swanson pic.

Here's a Kelly pic.

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 15:45

Here's the other Kelly Hu picture.

Agent-007 - 25/5/2003 at 15:49

Here's the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer herself Kristy Swanson.

bondfreak007 - 26/5/2003 at 14:38

Simple as that. Sarah Michelle Gellar can do action and god is she sexy! :D

Agent 005 - 5/6/2003 at 15:47

She seems too young right now.

Destroyer - 5/6/2003 at 21:13

Here we go. This is Sienna Miller.

Agent 005 - 5/6/2003 at 22:13

Has anyone mentioned Jennifer Connolly yet? She's pretty damn hot and she can act rather well.

Pinesol13 - 6/6/2003 at 11:55

as far as Bond girls go, I'd rather not have a boring american bond girl. find a good actress from Spain, Italy, or Macedonia.

Agent-007 - 6/6/2003 at 13:52

Is Sienna Miller British? Oh by the way :o

Destroyer - 6/6/2003 at 15:55

She's from New York but she has a British accent I think. She stars in Keen Eddie, which I will be taping from now on. :D

Agent-007 - 6/6/2003 at 15:59

There was a review of Keen Eddie in my last issue of of Entertainment Weekly. There was only a small picture of her. I have to say I like picture posted a whole lot better. :D

swayer - 14/6/2003 at 11:55

between now and the next 5 -7 years these girls should be bond girls

1.estella warren
2.rachel stevens
3.eva mendez
4.shakira (cameo part)

Destroyer - 14/6/2003 at 11:57

Shakira?

Estella Warren's got a butt that just won't quit though. ;)

Agent-007 - 14/6/2003 at 17:38

I think Eliza Dushku from Buffy the Vampire Slayer would be great for a Bond movie sometime in the future. I don't watch Buffy but I've seen her on tv and stuff.

http://www.fortunecity.co.uk/cinerama/film/394/eliza_dushku002.jpg

Reidy - 15/6/2003 at 09:37

:o:o:o WOW!

bond0for0prez - 16/6/2003 at 20:53

lets see...i think Uma Therman would've been an awesome bond girl...maybe she still would be. as for young actress' i'm all for Michelle Rodriguez, she was already in Girl Fight and kicked in that, so being in Bond would be a great for her.

by the way: Eliza Dushku is gorgeous! my family used to be friends with her family, she wasn't a happy kid lets just say...but i agree that she'd be great in Bond

bondfreak007 - 16/6/2003 at 20:56

All I can say is Eliza Dushku Bring It On!!!!!

And as an ornament in my bed, yeah I can see that.

How do you see that? She was good in Batman, but as a BG? No way IMO.

bond0for0prez - 16/6/2003 at 21:00

aha, well mister bondfreak007...i see Uma Therman as a Bond Girl, but everyone has different opinions. and yes, you're right, Eliza Dushku is a hottie...

yes, i'm female, but hey, she's sexy...

who else would be a good Bond Girl? going to have to think on that one...

bondfreak007 - 16/6/2003 at 21:02

JUST LOOK AT THE PICS!!! Okay so we aren't really talking about who is a good actress, we are talking about who has a nice body.......

bond0for0prez - 16/6/2003 at 21:05

we need good actress' with nice bodies, Bond deserves it. plus, how sexist is that? "nice bodies only"...hah! you men.

Reidy - 17/6/2003 at 15:07

You have got a point, not many are interested in their acting abilities!

bond0for0prez - 17/6/2003 at 16:57

today i was sitting, and thinking, and i thought "golly gee who should be a Bond Girl?"...well I think that Michelle Rodriguez should be! i'm re-stating this because well, she'd be an awesome BG! i don't know what you all think, but hey....she's awesome!

bond0for0prez - 17/6/2003 at 17:03

Pamela Anderson the next Bond Girl!!!Think about it, she could have machine gun jubblies!!

Destroyer - 18/6/2003 at 00:49

Noobies. (Shakes head)

I can see by your mood, you're aroused. I don't think she would work, she's lacking something. Could it be, ACTING?

sausagebrigade - 18/6/2003 at 11:17

Acting has never been required from a Bond girl. I think Darth there was kidding. I hope so at least. Pamela is a #$&!, not the sort of classy woman for a Bond movie.

Reidy - 18/6/2003 at 16:06

If Pamela Anderson why not some other porn stars, that is what the films would be degraded to.

bondfreak007 - 18/6/2003 at 18:03

Okay, so we agree on this:

A Bond Girl should have:
a nice body
some acting skills
good on-screen chemistry with other actors

A Bond Girl should not have:
A STD
Any relation to Monica L, Hilary Clinton, or Destroyer

The Bond Girl should not be:
A porn star
Destroyer

bondfreak007 - 18/6/2003 at 18:07

WHAT IS WITH YOU PEOPLE AND SELMA HAYEK (spelling?)!!!!!

SHE IS SOOOOOO UGLY, IMO.

Destroyer - 18/6/2003 at 18:09

SHE IS SOOOOOOO HOT!!!! IMO.

Really, just look at those bikini pics! :D

bondfreak007 - 18/6/2003 at 18:10

I have, Dhusku looks so much better.

Destroyer - 18/6/2003 at 18:12

Yeah, but she looks like she's wearing a little too much makeup. She looks like somebody just slathered it all on her head, IMO.

But, she still is hot.

bond0for0prez - 18/6/2003 at 18:45

i may be a bit late on saying this, but i love Salma Hayek.

HEY! bondfreak007...you have bad taste :)

what about Angelina Jolie? now she is sexy, and she's a good actress...though i refuse to see "tomb raider" and "tomb raider 2" or whatever they're calling the sequal...

or maybe Piper Perabo...she's hot too...not many people know who she is; she was in "Coyote Ugly" or if you've seen it "Lost and Delirious." sexy and good actress aswell

Agent-007 - 18/6/2003 at 19:47

I can't see them either!

Just a red X.

bondfreak007 - 18/6/2003 at 19:48

I u2ued Greg, we'll see.

Destroyer - 18/6/2003 at 20:28

Hhhmmm. Mine were working earlier.

Agent007 - 18/6/2003 at 20:32

Monica Bellucci would be a perfect Bond girl. Infact she was supposed be Natalaya Simonova in Goldeneye but she turned down the role at the last minute.

bondfreak007 - 18/6/2003 at 20:38

Good, and I don't think she should.

Agent007 - 18/6/2003 at 20:45

Why don't you think she should?

bondfreak007 - 18/6/2003 at 20:48

To me she doesn't really have that "zest" that a Bond girl needs, and she isn't that hot IMO.

Agent007 - 18/6/2003 at 20:52

Are you crazy? Not hot? Look at these pictures and tell me that again.

Agent007 - 18/6/2003 at 20:57

Ok, how you think that she is not hot is beyond me, but that is your opinion and I respect that.

bondfreak007 - 18/6/2003 at 21:02

Turn that z into a v and I am with you all the way. She has a really weird thin face, I don't find her attractive at all really.

Whoops. I misspelled her name. Maybe it's because I couldn't careless about her.

bondfreak007 - 19/6/2003 at 16:48

Why not?

Agent-007 - 19/6/2003 at 17:07

I just don't find her attractive. I also think she's kind of dull. But that's just my opinion. If she floats your boat more power to ya.

bondfreak007 - 19/6/2003 at 17:37

What about her acting?

Agent-007 - 19/6/2003 at 19:29

She gives a fine performance in Lord of the Rings but she still not one of my favorites.

Darthdoobie - 20/6/2003 at 21:58

Charlize Theron is sexy, how about her as the next Bond girl?

NOOOO!!!!!! That would totally ruin the relationship between the characters! If we've seen them shag, then their flirting won't mean anything afterwards.

nintendokev8 - 24/6/2003 at 11:02

How about bringing Zoe NIghtshade to life and use her as a permanent allay
the female Felix Leighter

Agent 005 - 24/6/2003 at 15:18

No.

bondfreak007 - 24/6/2003 at 19:10

It is a bad idea to bring game characters into real movies. And we already saw a version of Monneypenny dead in DAD in the virtual reality thing, SO STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reidy - 25/6/2003 at 15:22

We saw Moneypenny do something else with the VR thing in DAD!

monica belucci would be great
rachel stevens when she's a bit older
estelle warren when she's a bit older
eva mendez?
charlize theron definately

sausagebrigade - 4/7/2003 at 12:47

Please, not Rachel Stevens or Estelle Warren, they are absolute dogs with no class.

Look, she is a slag. She has no class. She probably can't even come close to acting. People are just mentioning her because they consider her eye candy (which IMO she is not). She will never be a Bond girl and if so I will know for sure the series is going down the tubes.

111mike200 - 5/7/2003 at 13:28

With a bag over her head, she's be just fine. Her face isn't that pretty. She looks as if she's been stung by a bee and is allergic.

If you mean the fish lips and pouty stuff, what's wrong with that? I know a girl who's lips stick out a foot from her face, and she's still hot.

How about Victoria Silvstedt? She a Swedish actress and model. And is very, very beautiful. She's been in a few films including one with Roger Moore. Unfortunately that film was Boat Trip. She's said in interviews that she would love to be in a Bond film. Well I would love to see her in one.

No. Nobody from Footballer's Wives should be in a Bond film. All the women are whores. Please, never bring it up again.

Sorry for me bringing it up but is the Footballer's Wives a tv show?

My 1000 Post ! :D

I now have a license to kill.

sausagebrigade - 15/7/2003 at 12:38

Congratulations, Agent-007! :)

Believe me, you wouldn't want to see Footballer's Wives. It is a trashy British 'drama' show, hugely derivative and hugely lacking coherence. And the acting is plastic.

swayer - 16/7/2003 at 13:34

what about catherine bell
she's beautiful and she's brittish
but I think she could pull off the part of a russian agent or something (if the script call for it)

swayer - 16/7/2003 at 13:37

I'm sure she's been discussed before but I'd like to discuss her again
Anna Kournikova
I think she would be great as a bond girl
eventhough she has no acting experience

She could definitely pull off the Israeli angle because she's half Middle-Eastern - half Persian, to be exact.

Do you think they could bring back Melina using this girl in a future Bond? If she could pull off the part I think it could be interesting...

I don't know, I didn't like the character that much in FYEO, and I don't like the idea of characters returning either, but that is just my opinion.

Anonymous - 19/7/2003 at 16:01

Yeah I can see Monica Belucci and Catherine Zeta-Jones as the new Bond Girls , for Bond 21 , which I 'm hoping will be a Russian type bond so I can see Robbie Coltrane again as Zukovsky maybe not as Valentin but as his identical twin brother maybe I'm hoping it happens that's all .

Yeah interesting idea perhaps but I don't think it'd ever happen. If they're going to put her in the new movie (Tyler) then they may as well just create a new character but I think it could work although how is her acting?:)
Although you don't really have to be able to act to be a Bond girl.

we aim to please

I suggested her because I think that she exsudes a certain sexual charisma.
in other words she's generally seen as a hot chick.
If you don't like her that's your personal oppinion. I think she would make a good bond girl. maybe not in a lead part but in a smaller part like the villan's girlfriend or something and ten Bond uses her to get information.

What about Daisy Fuentes? I know she's American but she's latino so she would be different then the other american girls. Plus if Bond 21 was in a Latin setting she could fit in as well. Here's some pics.

Destroyer - 26/7/2003 at 16:31

How about Keira Knightly from Pirates of the Carribean?

Bondfiend - 26/7/2003 at 16:32

Or Kate Winslet?

bondfreak007 - 26/7/2003 at 16:37

Daisy Fuentes might work.

User - 26/7/2003 at 18:46

Nice pictures Agent 007.

Agent-007 - 26/7/2003 at 19:10

Keira Knightly is only 18 so she too young to be in one right now. I have heard that she might be in Jurassic Park 4.

Right now I think they will probably go with an unkown for the female lead. The last few films have had well known actresses, Teri Hatcher, Michelle Yeoh, Denise Richards, Sophie Marceau, Halle Berry along side Bond. I bet they will go with an unkown.

sausagebrigade - 27/7/2003 at 10:47

Yes, Kiera Knightley is too young, but she is pretty hot. Maybe some other time.

Agent 005 - 29/7/2003 at 17:51

Here's some new rumors I found.

They're always fun, right? :D

Destroyer - 29/7/2003 at 17:56

When you're rumored to be going out with someone and you didn't even know it, it's the best feeling in the world. :P

MIM007 - 29/7/2003 at 19:21

If, if, IF they were ever to remake OHMSS with Brosnan, I'd cast Catherine Zeta-Jones in a split-second. You want someone to pass for half-English, half-Italian, there ya go.

For the next Bond actor, though, someone pelase sign up Keira Knightley from Pirates of the Caribbean. Lady has some spark and sparkle to her, even if she looks like Natalie Portman's older sister.

Agent-007 - 29/7/2003 at 21:42

Well Brosnan and Salma Hayek will be doing a film called After The Sunset. Where Brosnan plays a thief who retires to an island paradise only to get involved in a cat and mouse game with an FBI Agent possible played by Woody Harrelson.

Predator - 30/7/2003 at 03:03

The information you found Agent005 was actually
for DAD.

Hopefully they will screen test Salma Hayek again!
Please!

Predator - 31/7/2003 at 02:36

If Pierce enjoys working with Salma Hayek then I suspose
he might like to work with her again in Bond 21!

Oh, I suppose it was. I should've read it more closely.

Salma Hayek would make a good Bond girl.:)

You mean old pale face? No way. The theme is a maybe, but she's too damn bland as a person to be a Bond girl.

Zukovskysgirl - 2/8/2003 at 16:57

I think I would go for as Bond women are

Salma Hayak

Jennifer Lopez

Monica Belucci

Jennifer Garner

Jessica Alba

Vanessa Williams , and I could see Nora Jones being a bond girl too .

Amy Maloney

USA

jamesbond_ahwhoamikidding - 2/8/2003 at 17:03

Amy, were you just ending that post with your name, or are you suggesting yourself there? ;)

Zukovskysgirl - 2/8/2003 at 17:43

I was ending it with my name .

Agent 005 - 2/8/2003 at 18:04

Why not just put your name in your sig? Wouldn't that be easier?

Zukovskysgirl - 3/8/2003 at 12:12

Yeah sure I could do that it would save my hand from a typing cramp from typeing it all the time to make it confusing in this case , ofcorse some people say that I'm a Dream y hotie sexy person  and I wish I was chosen to be a Bond girl though I guess that dream prefers not to come true .

Bondfiend - 3/8/2003 at 22:48

Here's my NEWEST pick - Lena Olin! A little aged, yes, but I don't care! She's HOT! She could be an old "friend" of Bond's who could teach him a few new things...

Bondfiend - 3/8/2003 at 23:04

Here's a good pic...
http://www.geocities.com/phantom_1138/lenaolin/pictures2.html

Agent-007 - 3/8/2003 at 23:28

Lena Olin plays Jennifer Garner's mom on Alias.

swayer - 8/8/2003 at 12:41

I think Claire Forliani would make a good Bond girl. She's half Brittish and half Italian

Matt F. (Spectre No. 4) - 10/8/2003 at 02:25

I agree with the guy who mentioned Monica Bellucci, it would be a crime if she didn't get to be a bond girl.

Now that I think of it Claire Forliani would make a good Bond Girl I did see her in Meet Joe Black with Anthony Hopkins , and also Nora Jones , Heidi Klum , Shannon Elizabeth , Monica Belucci too would make good Bond Girls I would think .

James007Bond - 20/8/2003 at 11:32

Shannon Elizebeth is playing the bond girl in Everything or nothing

bondfreak007 - 20/8/2003 at 12:59

She wont be a real bond girl. personally, i want an exotic woman, from like a place you never heard of like wangydogy, in brazil.. :D

James007Bond - 21/8/2003 at 10:55

Maybe some Eskimo chick. if they can find one

sausagebrigade - 21/8/2003 at 10:57

Uh, they'd probably use an Asian actress for an Eskimo-type character, rather than one from the Arctic/Antarctic, whatever.

James007Bond - 21/8/2003 at 10:59

Whatever is easiest

bondboy - 31/8/2003 at 22:01

if u have seen the two towers i think miranda otto would make a good bond girl

BMT216A - 22/9/2003 at 23:44

Miranda Otto is gorgeous, but she is too good an actres to stoop to Bond (IMHO). How about that French actress from "Amelie": name escapes me at the moment...

The actress you're talking about is Audrey Tautou.

She's not a big glam type [from the pics I've seen of her], but she'd be good if they played her in a Kara Milovy type role. :)

FelixLeiter - 28/9/2003 at 21:03

I still say Jessica Alba is the best but I would probably wait until Brosnan's Bond career is over before I would insert her into a Bond movie. Jessica Alba:o:eyes::D;):wow:

my personal list of bond girls is:

salma hayek
catherine zeta-jones
liz hurley
paris hilton (i know i know, but something about her just fits the bond movie, granted shed have to be a little older)
lucy liu
shannen doherty(as a villainess)

Agent-007 - 2/1/2004 at 21:36

The only Paris Hilton I want to see in a bond movie is a hotel.

bondfreak007 - 2/1/2004 at 21:37

bond with paris in a hotel?

Destroyer - 2/1/2004 at 22:00

How ironic, have you guys seen my new MSN profile?

How about Eliza Dushku or Keira Knightly when they get older or Brosnan quits.?

Heybuddy - 3/1/2004 at 06:35

Seriously, I think you guys should consider Monica Bellucci. She is seductive, she's drop-dead gorgeous (she was voted askmen.com's sexiest woman in the world), she can act, and she's not too starry in America yet. I think she would be perfect.

Agent-007 - 16/4/2004 at 17:26

I was about to say nice suggestion but I see she has tatoos, which for me, is a complete and total turn-off.

Agent 005 - 17/4/2004 at 20:01

Only the two butterflies. I don't like tattoos on women either, but hers don't really bother me. That's like saying I don't like women who smoke, but, like they say, there are exceptions to every rule.

Edit: I will say that it has to be one hell of an exception for me to dig a smoker, she has to have a great personality and be extremely hot. The only girl that smoked that I thought was hot never really knew me. Sorry about this little tangent. Back to Bond girls!

Agent-007 - 19/4/2004 at 22:53

I'd like to see Alison Doody, who played Jenny Flex in A View To A Kill and was in Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade, come for a future Bond film. I think she still looks pretty for being almost 40. Plus she would be closer to Brosnan's own age.

Picture from http://www.alisondoody.gobot.com/

http://www.alisondoody.gobot.com/images/alison_doody_2.jpg

From the Indy DVD party last year.

http://www.thedigitalbits.com/articles/miscgfx2/indyeventpic.jpg

She was great as the villainess Elsa from Last Crusade and would make a great villian for a Bond film.

Agent 005 - 20/4/2004 at 16:16

She would have been great in TLD as Kara or even as Pam in LTK, but she looks a tad too old to do it now. Don't get me wrong, she's still quite pretty, but we need someone in their early thirties.

bondfreak007 - 20/4/2004 at 16:56

Has anyone said Natalie Imbruglia?

She was in Johnny English and is pretty good, shes pretty hot too.

Jamelia? Her music is annoying as hell and I doubt that she would make much of an actress. Quite hot though.

Agent 005 - 13/5/2004 at 19:50

All right, what do you think of this one? Almost totally unknown except for a role as one of Dracula's Brides in Van Helsing. Interestingly enough, she's now engaged to Van Helsing's Dracula, Richard Roxburgh.

She's an Italian gal by the name of Silvia Collaca.

I would like to see Mira Sorvino cast as a Bond girl because....well, because I just find her to be damn attractive, ok??!!!

She has an Academy Award, so I think that just might knock her out of the running, but maybe Halle Berry set some type of precedent.

Cos it was shite! Turning DAD into the James Bond and Jinx movie was the worst thing that could ever happen to a Bond film. *#$& women's rights, the Bond series of yesteryear would never have stood for that. Bond would have been like "*#$& off bitch, get back into bed while I kill this bad guy." Jinx in DAD is a very close to second to Stacey Sutton in AVTAK.

Damn, if it weren't for Allison in that pic, that whole function looks like a birthday party at a nursing home! And Karen Allen, what the hell happened! She used to be so hot! Anyway, another interesting fact about Allison, since someone already mentioned Mirando Otto in LOTR: TTT, is that she was already signed to play the part of Eowyn, but had to drop out because she became pregnant.

Franky, no, because -- and I know you will hate me for saying this, Pat -- she can't act! The only two movie's that she was decent in were Girl Interrupted and Gia, everything else was marginal or crap.

And on a similar topic, almost every aforementioned suggestion of future Bond girls have all been those of actresses that have the Intelligence Quotients of rocks and or act flagrantly horrible! The only four decent suggestions were Catherine Zeta-Jones, Uma Thurman, Monica Bellucci:D, and Allison Doody. And now they are all unacceptable because Pierce is gone, and are all too old for a younger actor.

So, here's an idea: the producers should stop using popular actresses that we all know and want to bed. I mean, c'mon! Before TND, in every other movie they used actresses that were relatively new and unheard of. What's wrong with following that tradition? Daniella Bianchi was a damn beauty pagant model, only familiar to the Italian public, before they cast her as Tatiana Romanova in FRWL, and she turned out be a very decent yet a still very hot Bond-girl. I'm sure there are plenty of young, beautiful, and talented actresses starving for a big break like a Bond movie, so maybe it's time they held auditions instead of picking a name off the cover of FHM or Maxim magazine.

So you want Bond girls who can manage to beat a decent sized rock at a game of checkers and who can outact a second grade rendition of "MacBeth", but you want a return to the glory days of Bond girls and such acclaimed talents as the aforementioned Bianchi, Barbara Bach, Ursula Anders, and whoever the Japanese girls in YOLT were?? I mean, I'm not exactly looking for an Oscar nomination when it comes to a Bond girl's performance, but let's remember that the likes of Bianchi, Claudine Auger, and most other Bond girls were never heard from again for a reason.

There's no need to be rude and pompous. I wouldn't want this discussion to become uncivil; discourtesy is unspeakably ugly to me.

You seem to be misconstruing my central meaning, so, I will sum it up in one sentence: I don't want to see the same faces that have been exploited through all of the media, to end up in a Bond movie, especially when their acting talents are null. And nor am I looking for an intellectual Einstein, or and oscar-caliber performer to be a Bond-girl either. I'm just looking for actress who's as good enough an actress to act ditsy, ultra feminine, and or dumb, when not really being so herself. You take the Bond-girls of yester-years, especially from the Connery, and early Moore era, and to some extent those later on, and observe any interview they have given, you'd quickly realize that there is infact something home upstairs. You don't get that with Denise Richardson, Teri Hatcher, and many of the recent Bond-girls.

And as for the notion that most Bond-girls were never heard from again, I would have to say the that's a pretty broad blanket-statement. When anyone says "most Bond-girls", you're includings all of those who maybe have appeared for all of four minutes on screen, like Goodhead, and Syliva Trench. When you exlcude all of those, you will find out that all of the memorable main Bond-girls have all made careers for themselves in their own time, whether one has known about that or not. And not necessarily in American media, but in their own native outlets. Take for instance Claudine Auger, who rarely appeared in any future American movie, had carved a name for herself in European cinema. I could go on and on about the careers of Bond-girls post-Bond, but it would only serve for further digression.:)

Well, I wasn't trying to be rude and pompous, but if I was, then I guess that's just my style.

I guess I see what you are getting at: you want an actress who is somewhat intelligent, but who can play a bimbo and make it actually seem like she's a bimbo. You don't want a bimbo just playing herself on the screen.

Now I too prefer the Bond girls of yesteryear to Pierce's leading ladies, but to say that Barbara Bach or Jill St. John is more intelligent than, say, Denise Richards or Halle Berry is stretching it a bit. I mean, unless you want to give them all a test of American state capitals and rank their intelligence from there, then I think it's not really fair to them. I don't know if I understand, also, why a Bond girl should be intelligent only to play a ditz on screen. What is the importance of the quality of the ditziness in the performance? Plus, I think today's leading ladies also have to display a degree of independence and not adhere to the typical Bond girl mold of helplessness. Probably has something to do with the feminist movement and political correctness.

When I refer to Bond girls, I include only the main actresses and not ones who appear for a scant few minutes(Goodhead appears for more than a few minutes, BTW). And I stay by my statement that most Bond girls have lacked any sort of career before and after Bond. Granted, Claudine Auger may appear in some obscure Italian productions or Daniella Bianchi in some Russian public service announcements or some other glock, but I'm referring to a career in Hollywood, in big money (and big audience productions.) The list of Bond girls who have succeeded in this avenue are few and far between: Honor Blackmon? Jane Seymour? Diane Rigg? Even their careers aren't exactly filled with noteworthy moments post-Bond. The rest of the Bond girls might have had careers, but never anything on the level of Bond. Sure, a person(and past Bond girls use this excuse from what I've heard and seen) can argue that starring in a female role in a Bond movie is career suicide, but how come some women gain more opportunities with the exposure(Famke Janssen), while others fall off the face of the Earth? I believe talent has to be in this equation somewhere and apparently big-picture producers didn't see in these older Bond girls.

Yes, she played Jenny Flex. While certainly beautiful, that previous role and, as has already been mentioned, her age, somewhat rule her out as the new Bond girl.

Lindsay Lohan and Hillary Duff. There I said it.

As much as I hate to piss on people's parties, she was born in September 1987, and as such is a mere 17.

Translation: All your masturbatory fantasies are illegal, and the cops will be swinging by your house any second now.

NB: I looked it up on IMDb, I honestly don't have a shrine to the Lizzie McGuire TV series, nor am I the founder of her fan club.

... Honest.
